Yes — each package includes all types of customer interactions (AI conversations and human escalations) within the expected monthly activity range:
- Standard: includes up to 300 conversations / month
- Silver: includes up to 800 conversations / month
- Gold: includes up to 1,500 conversations / month
A “conversation” means any full interaction, regardless of how many messages it contains.
Overage rule (same for all packages)
If the monthly activity significantly exceeds the range of your package, an overage is applied at:
CHF 300 per additional 100 conversations
Examples:
- +100 conversations → CHF 300
- +200 conversations → CHF 600
- +350 conversations → CHF 900 (rounded to nearest block)
Overage charges are only applied after prior notification and confirmation.
