How is billing handled?

SwissCXAI uses a simple and predictable billing structure:

1. One-time setup cost (paid at onboarding)
2. Monthly subscription fee (based on package)
3. Optional overage if activity exceeds the package thresholds
   • CHF 300 per 100 additional conversations
4. Monthly invoices are issued in CHF
5. Payment terms: 30 days (Net 30)

All billing is transparent; you receive usage reports before any overage is applied.
